Roger and his team did a fantastic job on my backyard patio and patio cover. His communication was great, him and his team showed up on time and took pride in their work. Roger obtained a permit for the work through the city and was able to offer his expertise based on what we were wanting to do, giving valuable insight along the way. I would highly recommend and will be using him again in the future.
Before I hired LNK, I met with 8-10 contractors who all said a building permit was not needed for a deck off a ranch home even with a pergola , but if I wanted a permit it would add an additional $1500-$2000 to the their bids.. Roger was the only contractor who advised that I should have a building permit and he just charged me the cost of the permit . I envisioned the pergola to be 10' wide and 20' long covering half the 20' x 20' deck. All the other contractors told me we would need 3 posts along each side of the pergola for a total of 6 posts.. Roger was the only one who said it would look much better with just 4 corner posts leaving the middle area open. LNK installed two large 20' glulam beams so we would just need the 4 corner posts. My pergola came out beautifully with no post in the middle of the deck. The LNK crew, Juan, Irwin and Soilo, worked 10 hr plus days and the project was finished in just 7 days. The crew picked up construction trash daily and when they were finished they used a magnet to make sure no nails were left behind. I am so happy with my deck and pergola. Rodger and his crew were excellent to work with throughout the project. They provided us with one of the best quotes for the job and from permits, to pick/delivery and start and projected completion of the project they were rock solid. They not only finished when they said they would, they cleaned everything up and made us a happy family that enjoys entertaining on our deck during the hot Colorado days. I have referred him to neighbors and their results were equally impressive. Thanks Rodger.
We hired Roger's LNK Deck and Remodels to tear out and replace a rotting wood deck. He came out to bid the job with many samples and options. The quote was thorough and on target. After vetting several companies, Roger priced the job competitively. He responded to texts and phone calls in a timely manner if not immediately. His crew was courteous and professional. We are very happy with the finished job and would hire LNK Deck and Remodels again.

Roger worked with us very carefully as we designed and then changed our minds on what we wanted. After getting several bids we decide to Roger seemed the most knowledgable and with the most willing to work with us. His crew was courteous and hard working and I was very impressed with their workmanship. They cleaned.up every day and.finished early.
Roger and his crew were great from start to finish. Roger has an excellent eye for what needs to be done and how to accomplish it. I appreciated his attention to detail and completion of the small things. The guys ran into a few unexpected problems and worked their way right through them, no problem. They put in long days, worked hard and got a big job done in a timely way. We are very pleased with the results - our deck looks really great. Totally recommend these guys.

Roger and crew were very thorough and made sure every detail was up to code and done with perfectionism. Roger listened to our wants and needs and made appropriate suggestions and recommendations. We are very happy with our new deck! I would highly recommend LNK Decks and look forward to using them in the future for other projects.
We just had our deck expanded and Roger and his team were exceptional. They were always on time, communicated scope of work/timing very well and did an outstanding job. Roger is a terrific man to work with and his team are true craftsmen and professionals. We had 2 support pillars removed and the that space spanned by a new beam that really opened up our deck. We also widened the deck by 6 feet and it all turned out better than we could have imagined. We have had many projects done over the years to several prior homes that we owned and we would rate LNK at the top of the list of contractors. We highly recommend them!!!!
Stop getting quotes and estimates! We had 4, and no one offered the degree of quality, professionalism, and price of LNK. Roger and his team were on time (even a little early) every day, cleaned up every day, were very polite, and respectful. Roger and his team replaced the deck railings on four of my decks with metal railings and post and built me a roof on a small hot tub room. The work was very professional and they did it in a timely manner. I'm extremely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend him and his company any day of the week. Roger and his crew were some of the most professional people I've dealt with. We got 2 quotes from companies that charge a premium, but never actually do the work because they hire subcontractors. Roger was very fair in pricing and was able to schedule us quickly. He is a hard-working businessman that is completely honest and trustworthy. His communication was on point throughout the process and tried to save us as much money as possible when he could. Him and his crew were here early every day and worked until sundown. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none. Great job guys, we are so happy with our new deck and the company that built it!! I would recommend LNK Deck and Remodel to anyone!!
