I was extremely pleased with the work Roger, Brodie and his crew did. They showed up the day they said they would, worked through some very cold weather, finished right on schedule and did great work. Also liked that there were no surprise costs.
So happy with my new deck . It’s stunning. Exceeded my expectations. The crew worked hard coming early in the morning and leaving late afternoon. It was completed on budget and ahead of time. Great quality work!

LNK did a fantastic job rebuilding our deck. Roger and his team do quality work, they are reasonably priced, they show up when they say they will and Roger is an excellent communicator. In this day and age where it is virtually impossible to find contractors who will show up to your house when they say they will, LNK was a very pleasant surprise. Roger and his team showed up to work early, worked late and often even worked on Saturdays. If you are looking for someone who is hard working, dependable and does quality work, I highly recommend LNK Deck & Remodels.
Roger was very thorough in quoting the project and getting all appropriate permits. He started the job when he said he would. His guys showed up on time every day, didn't goof off, and didn't disappear to go work on something else. They were good natured and seemed to enjoy their work. My deck is beautiful and sturdy and I'd definitely recommend these guys.
Roger and his crews have built 2 decks for me, and both experiences were great. Roger really cares about his reputation, and his responsiveness and work quality demonstrate that. I recommend LNK highly.

For our patio cover, we got two quotes, and even though the other company was actually a little less expensive, we were taken with Roger's enthusiasm and positive attitude, so we went with LNK. We are so glad we did! Roger was there every step of the way, from permitting (which is especially frustrating in Denver!) to completion. Roger's crew worked so hard and never slowed down, even when it was brutally hot. Plus they were friendly and incredibly clean. We love our beautiful new patio cover - it has totally transformed our backyard and given us tons more living space and is the perfect mix of rustic and modern with a simple and elegant design. Thank you!!!
Roger and his team did a fantastic job on my backyard patio and patio cover. His communication was great, him and his team showed up on time and took pride in their work. Roger obtained a permit for the work through the city and was able to offer his expertise based on what we were wanting to do, giving valuable insight along the way. I would highly recommend and will be using him again in the future.
Before I hired LNK, I met with 8-10 contractors who all said a building permit was not needed for a deck off a ranch home even with a pergola , but if I wanted a permit it would add an additional $1500-$2000 to the their bids.. Roger was the only contractor who advised that I should have a building permit and he just charged me the cost of the permit . I envisioned the pergola to be 10' wide and 20' long covering half the 20' x 20' deck. All the other contractors told me we would need 3 posts along each side of the pergola for a total of 6 posts.. Roger was the only one who said it would look much better with just 4 corner posts leaving the middle area open. LNK installed two large 20' glulam beams so we would just need the 4 corner posts. My pergola came out beautifully with no post in the middle of the deck. The LNK crew, Juan, Irwin and Soilo, worked 10 hr plus days and the project was finished in just 7 days. The crew picked up construction trash daily and when they were finished they used a magnet to make sure no nails were left behind. I am so happy with my deck and pergola. Thank you LNK, you are the best!
Rodger and his crew were excellent to work with throughout the project. They provided us with one of the best quotes for the job and from permits, to pick/delivery and start and projected completion of the project they were rock solid. They not only finished when they said they would, they cleaned everything up and made us a happy family that enjoys entertaining on our deck during the hot Colorado days. We hired Roger's LNK Deck and Remodels to tear out and replace a rotting wood deck. He came out to bid the job with many samples and options. The quote was thorough and on target. After vetting several companies, Roger priced the job competitively. He responded to texts and phone calls in a timely manner if not immediately. His crew was courteous and professional. We are very happy with the finished job and would hire LNK Deck and Remodels again.
